Maison de l'Occitanie - Ostal d'Occitània
11 rue Malcousinat, 31000 Toulouse
  • Haute-Garonne
  • Occitanie
The Ostal d'Occitania is composed of two hotels classified as Historical Monuments, in the Esquirol district: the Boysson Hotel (Renaissance Chapter House) and the Chévérry Hotel (its extension in the 18th century). With the creation of the Ostal d'Occitània, the Toulouse City Council has endowed the city with an institution related to its historical and cultural status as the capital of Occitania. The Ostal d'Occitania, whose management is entrusted by the town hall to the federation Convergencia Occitana, which brings together more than 70 associations dedicated to Occitania and its language, is the home of Occitanist associations; a place and a tool of creativity and outreach at the service of a living Occitan culture, through language, music, theatre, history, archaeology, philosophy, intercultural exchanges.
