Collection of lace from different European lacemaking centers from the 17th century to the present day and reference collection in lace at the Point d'Alençon. Collections of paintings: French and Dutch schools from the 15th to the 19th centuries. A collection dedicated to the ethnography of Cambodia (more than five hundred objects from the Cambodian daily life to the work of Khmer art) constituted by Adhémard Leclere (1853 - 1917) originally from Alençon and last general resident of Cambodia.

Acceso
Outside, the museum is accessible by access ramps, the floors are accessible thanks to an elevator. A magnetic loop is available on request at the museum reception. Coming to the museum: by road (A 28 – RN 12 – RN 138 – RN 155), by train (Paris-Alençon ( 2h) – Lines Paris / Granville and Caen / Tours). Park: rue Jullien (at the intersection of Rue Louis Lallemant), parking within the courtyard Capitaine François Bouilhac, place Foch (place de l'Hôtel de Ville), parking de la Dentelle.
