Storytelling Night 2024: Dream Worlds!
After a moment of sharing our "dream worlds" in the MEG library, we'll go and meet Vany at the heart of the exhibition: Memories. Geneva in the colonial world.
It's summer, Vany's favourite season, and today she's celebrating her seventh birthday. And what if, on this special day, Vany had not one, not two, not three, but lots of wishes? This story gives children the power to inhabit, transform and reclaim the city. As the story unfolds, join Vany and his friends as they immerse themselves in their dream world, in an epic that invents places, makes slides appear and even replaces an old statue with a new one.

These stories are the fruit of a collective reflection on issues of social justice and the different ways of conveying them to children through fiction. These stories are an attempt to dream the world of tomorrow, a world where each and every one of us can exist, move, love, play and dream.
