Daffodils, tulips, snowdrops and crocuses are all bulbous plants. Come and find out more about these plants and their ingenious way of getting through the winter. You'll also have the chance to plant something that won't come out of the ground until spring!
The Green Workshops of the Botanical Garden: Wednesdays to Discover, Create, and Experiment
This activity is part of the Green Workshops of the Geneva Botanical Garden. Designed for young explorers aged 6 to 13, these workshops offer a dive into the fascinating world of plants and fungi with our science educators and senior volunteers.
On the programme: thematic investigations, sensory explorations, botanical adventures, creative crafts… and many other surprises to spark curiosity and a love of nature.

Apprends à cultiver les plantes à bulbe

Jonquilles, tulipes, perce-neiges et autres crocus sont toutes des plantes à bulbe. Viens en apprendre plus sur ces plantes et leur drôle de moyen de passer l’hiver. Ce sera également l’occasion de réaliser une plantation qui ne sortira de terre qu’au printemps !
Les Ateliers Verts du Jardin botanique : des mercredis pour découvrir, bricoler et expérimenter
Cette activité fait partie des Ateliers verts du Jardin botanique de Genève, organisés en partenariat avec l'Université des Seniors (Uni3). Destinés aux jeunes explorateurs et exploratrices de 6 à 13 ans, ces ateliers offrent un plongeon dans le monde fascinant des plantes et des champignons avec nos équipes passionnées et des bénévoles seniors.
Au programme : enquêtes thématiques, explorations sensorielles, aventures botaniques, bricolages créatifs… et bien d’autres surprises pour éveiller la curiosité et l’amour de la nature.
