In a few words:
Hartmut Haenchen is one of the great interpreters of the romantic repertoire. After dazzling us with works by Brahms and Wagner, the German conductor returns to another absolute monument of the Germanic repertoire. Bruckner’s Symphony No. 4 is indeed a grandiose and mystical work, culminating in a breathtaking final hymn. In the first part, the talent and passion of Filippo Gorini will do wonders in the juvenile but already so personal Beethoven’s Concerto n°2.
