Family workshop: the good waffles of the museum!

Thursday, April 17 from 10am to 12pm, come and learn how to make the delicious museum waffles, made according to a traditional recipe!
A workshop to share with the family, in groups of 2 to 5 people.
On the agenda:
- Discover the recipe for brown sugar filled waffles that were once made to celebrate the new year!
- Work as a family and measure, add the ingredients (bio!) and knead the dough then prepare the filling.
- Then comes the time to cook and make waffles!
- The morning ends with a participatory guided tour of the kitchen and bakery to understand where flour comes from and how it was cooked without today’s electrical appliances.
- And of course you will go home with your waffles to share with your entourage!
