With its mansion, its outdoor kitchen, its basin, its sundial and its street "Case Negroes", the house founded around 1670 still testifies to the economic and social organization from the eighteenth century to the present day. The Beauséjour Canal built by slaves between 1800 and 1810 over 4 km feeds the house and its cultures with water.
