Die romanische Kirche ist malerisch, da sie von der Ansiedlung nicht-klunizistischer Orden in Charolais-Brionnais zeugt. Saint Germain war ein Priorat armer Kanoniker, gegründet um 1070 vom Bischof von Autun und auf Initiative der Herren von Dyo. Die nüchterne Architektur des Gebäudes spiegelt das Ideal der Armut der Kanoniker wider.
Ausstellung von zwei in Dyo entdeckten Statuen, die mit dem Mithra-Kult verbunden sind. Dieser Kult war wahrscheinlich mit einer heiligen Quelle in St. Prix verbunden und später christianisiert. Diese Funde zeugen von einem kleinen ländlichen Mithrisch-Heim in Charolais-Brionnais, was relativ selten ist.

The Romanesque church is picturesque, because it bears witness to the implantation of non-Clonisian orders in Charolais-Brionnais. Saint Germain was a priory of poor canons founded around 1070 by the bishop of Autun and at the initiative of the lords of Dyo. The sober architecture of the building reflects the canons' ideal of poverty.
Exhibition of two statues related to the cult of Mithra discovered in Dyo. This cult was probably linked to a sacred source located at St Prix and later Christianized. These discoveries testify to a small rural Mithraic hearth in Charolais-Brionnais, which is relatively rare.
