Ausstellung - Fragmente der Geschichte
Der finnische Keramiker Pekka Paikkari schlägt einen neuen Dialog zwischen zeitgenössischer Kunst und Archäologie vor.
Die Ausstellung, die in den Räumen des Archäologischen Museums von Ensérune untergebracht ist, knüpft eine poetische und konzeptionelle Verbindung zwischen den Werken des Künstlers und den ständigen Sammlungen des Museums.
Mit einer zersplitterten Szenografie verwischen Fragments d'Histoire die Grenzen zwischen Kunst und Archäologie, zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart und laden uns ein, die Überreste - real oder imaginär - unserer kollektiven Geschichte zu überdenken.

The Finnish ceramist Pekka Paikkari proposes a new dialogue between contemporary art and archaeology.
Installed in the rooms of the archaeological museum of Ensérune, the exhibition weaves a poetic and conceptual link between the artist’s works and the permanent collections of the museum.
Through an exploded scenography, Fragments d'Histoire blurs the boundaries between art and archaeology, between past and present, and invites us to reconsider the vestiges – real or imaginary – of our collective history.

Il ceramista finlandese Pekka Paikkari propone un dialogo inedito tra arte contemporanea e archeologia.
Installata nelle sale del museo archeologico di Ensérune, l'esposizione crea un legame poetico e concettuale tra le opere dell'artista e le collezioni permanenti del museo.
Attraverso una scenografia frammentata, Fragments d'Histoire confonde i confini tra arte e archeologia, tra passato e presente, e ci invita a riconsiderare le vestigia - reali o immaginarie - della nostra storia collettiva.
