Inspired by the hours of high tides, conversations with locals, fishing boat outings, surveying on the dykes, travelling through the marshes, rolling cliffs, streams through the rocks and silver lights in the sky, Reeds in the wind and bright mud…
The 20-minute film consists of short films shot in the municipalities of Barzan, Chenac Saint-Seurin d'Uzet, Mortagne-sur-Gironde, Floirac, along the right bank of the estuary. It is presented at the container Maritimes installed at the Port-à-sec in Mortagne-sur-Gironde.
This artistic and territorial animation project is led by the SMIDDEST to meet the inhabitants of the Gironde estuary and their perceptions of water landscapes, the Maritimes container with its film is installed in the Royan Atlantique agglomeration community from May 1 to September 30.
