Discover the Technicentre des Lignes Normandes, site of Sotteville. In this newly created maintenance center, usually inaccessible to the public, the Norman Lines trains are repaired, maintained and cleaned.
You will visit, accompanied by agents of the site, the very recent maintenance workshops, which replaced the historic buildings that have become unsuitable for new trains and technologies. Guests have access to specific facilities and an OMNEO trainset. You will discover the unknown industrial world of preventive and curative maintenance of railway equipment. Two tours will be offered:
- Short tour: Estimated time: 1 hour. 1 group departure every hour.
- Long visit: Estimated duration: 2 hours. 1 group departure every hour, alternating with short visits.
Provisional route of the short visit: Main Workshop, Shop, Engine machinery.
