Associate of plastic arts, professor of art history and artistic practice, Philippe Guesdon paints since 1970. The work that will be presented at the castle will have as themes the reappropriations of works devoted to the history of art. Fascinated by the first printed books enriched with xylographs, his research is particularly focused on a contemporary revival of the work engraved on wood by Albrecht Dürer and his contemporaries.
