Where does this fresco of a doe half erased in one of the rooms of the castle come from? And above all: why did its inhabitants choose to build the castle on this promontory? The guided tour introduces you to the secrets of whisky production, from the local culture of a unique cereal - the small spelt of Haute Provence - to the breeding through malting, brewing and distillation, and concludes with a tasting session.
