Built in 1810 on the site of the ancient medieval rampart destroyed after the Revolution, the Ollioulais Town Hall is a veritable architectural edifice. Notice on the pediment the coat of arms of the city "Silver olive tree torn from sinople" and the motto "Fidelis Legi Semper Oliva" (Ollioules always faithful to the law). Originally, the facade was very sober, highlighted by some mouldings, according to the classical Provencal style.
