In the 14th century, the inhabitants of the medieval village of Fort-Freinet decided to go down on a pass near the roads. The house was then organized around the church chapel Saint-Clément. During a walk in the medieval streets, up to the new districts of the industrial period, you will discover different places, witnesses of the evolution of the village and the life of the inhabitants who shaped it: the church, the fountains, the wash house, the old town hall, the wheat field, etc. You will also be told about the activities that have made the community flourish, such as coroneing, silkworm farming or chestnut farming.
