PROPERTY: Commune This mansion, from the beginning of the nineteenth occupies the site of the former church of Saint-Michel-du-Tertre, collapsed in 1796; Sold in 1805 to Demarie and resold in 1810\. The museum is housed in two separate original buildings connected by a garden. The zoology collections, open to the public, occupy the upper part, around the rotunda courtyard. The palaeontology collections are exhibited in the former Town Hall which includes beautiful woodwork and a door carved by the father of David d'Angers.
