Seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr ist das Gelände des Grand T wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen. Es wird in Zukunft eine komplette Ausstattung für das gesamte Departementsgebiet beherbergen, die die Teams von Musik und Tanz in Loire-Atlantique und Grand T zusammenbringen wird, und einen neuen offenen Raum für das Viertel bieten, der Künstler und Einheimische gleichermaßen willkommen heißt.
Bei seiner Wiedereröffnung im Frühjahr 25 wird dieser neue, vielseitig genutzte Ort über einen Raum mit 850 Plätzen, eine Sekunde mit 350 Plätzen, ein Tanzstudio, ein Ton- und Videostudio, Räume für Mediation und Ausbildung, Ein Garten und Weiden für freie Praxis, ein Restaurant, eine Bar und eine Buchhandlung.
Das Departement Loire-Atlantique wollte einen Teil der Wiederverwendung von Materialien in dieses Sanierungsprojekt integrieren, was bei einer Baustelle dieser Größenordnung außergewöhnlich ist.

It will eventually host a future complete equipment serving the entire departmental territory, which will bring together the teams of Music and Dance in Loire-Atlantique and Grand T, and will offer a new space open to the neighborhood, welcoming indistinctly artists and inhabitants.
Thus, when it reopens in spring 25, this new place, carrying multiple uses, will have a room of 850 seats, a second of 350 seats, a dance studio, a studio of sound and video, spaces of mediation and training, a garden and meadows that can accommodate free practices, a restaurant, a bar and a bookshop.
The Department of Loire-Atlantique wanted to integrate a reuse of materials component in this rehabilitation project, which is exceptional in a project of this scope.

Da poco più di un anno il sito del Grand T è chiuso per lavori. Ospiterà a termine una futura attrezzatura completa al servizio di tutto il territorio dipartimentale, che riunirà le squadre di Musica e Danza nella Loira Atlantica e del Grand T, e offrirà un nuovo spazio aperto sul quartiere, accogliente indistintamente artisti e abitanti.
Così, alla sua riapertura nella primavera 25, questo nuovo luogo, portatore di molteplici usi, disporrà di una sala di 850 posti, un secondo di 350 posti, uno studio di danza, uno studio di suono e video, degli spazi di mediazione e di formazione, un giardino e appartamenti che possono ospitare pratiche libere, un ristorante, un bar e una libreria.
Il Dipartimento della Loira Atlantica ha voluto integrare una parte di riutilizzo dei materiali in questo progetto di riabilitazione, il che è eccezionale in un cantiere di questa portata.

Depuis un peu plus d’un an, le site du Grand T est fermé pour travaux. Il accueillera à terme un futur équipement complet au service de tout le territoire départemental, qui réunira les équipes de Musique et Danse en Loire-Atlantique et du Grand T, et offrira un nouvel espace ouvert sur le quartier, accueillant indistinctement artistes et habitants.
Ainsi, à sa réouverture au printemps 25, ce nouveau lieu, porteur de multiples usages, disposera d’une salle de 850 places, une seconde de 350 places, un studio de danse, un studio de son et vidéo, des espaces de médiation et de formation, un jardin et des préaux pouvant accueillir des pratiques libres, un restaurant, un bar et une librairie.
Le Département de Loire-Atlantique a souhaité intégrer un volet réemploi des matériaux dans ce projet de réhabilitation, ce qui est exceptionnel dans un chantier de cette envergure.
