«Transmitting the beauties of Creation» an exhibition on nature and its fragility
For the European Heritage Days, the United Protestant Church of Nimes invites you to discover an exhibition.
The former convent of the Ursulines (17th century), which had become national property of the French Revolution, was bought by a private owner who ceded it to the Reformed Church in 1830. Renovated in 1995, the house now houses a remarkable library.
Ephemeral exhibition: «Transmitting the beauties of Creation»
Nature evokes wonder, and the time of summer holidays is conducive to an attentive look at this beauty that surrounds us.
Catholics, Protestants and visitors visiting various places of worship in the city of Nîmes this summer, we share today their personal views on the beauties of Creation: a living heritage, a precious heritage entrusted to humanity.
Only together can we pass it on; now, for ourselves and for future generations.
An ecumenical photo project, participatory and evolutive, proposed by Green Church.
Come add your own photos to this ephemeral exhibition! All formats accepted. Contact: egliseverte.nimes@caramail.fr
