On 14 ha between vineyards and fruit trees, the «Château-Picon» is built in 1890. Dedicated to women, it is the work of the Bergerac architect Jean Jacques Valleton. A true village in the city, with its park, chapel and buildings with neo-Gothic architecture, it became mixed and took its current name in 1974, marking the beginning of a new mental health policy in France.
