The Jardin botanique de l'Or des Simples was created to allow visitors to our farm to discover, study, smell or even taste a wide selection of aromatic and medicinal plants from Limousin and elsewhere. Herbalist farmer Laurent Pasteur accompanies visitors to the garden to draw their attention to the most interesting plant selections. In addition, he opens the doors of his transformation laboratory to explain the process of conservation by drying and the manufacture of floral waters by hydro-distillation. On site, it is possible to buy herbal teas, hydrosols and honey produced on the farm.
