Completed in 1865, the present Protestant temple of Agen has a façade, in classical style, with a rose window with geometric motifs, Corinthian columns, and a triangular pediment decorated with a bas-relief representing an open Bible, traditional symbol of Reformed Protestant churches. The republican motto is engraved in stone. The interior is sober, without decoration, in keeping with the spirit of simplicity of Protestant worship. An exhibition of drawings by pastor Michel Bourgeois is presented for an artistic approach to Protestantism.
