The Castle goes back up(raises) in 1280 and was altered in Renaissance by the family Montpezat. With its dependences(outbuildings) it establishes(constitutes) one of the architectural ensembles most admired of the region. The detached house(flag) of entrance(entry) of time(period) Renaissance leads to a garden of Italian inspiration with its topiary of yew, its historic orangery and one very romantic dovecote. A Gothic bridge(deck) of the XIVth century brings to a closed garden. The medieval inside and revival contain antiques(antiquities) and works of art of the XVIIth and XVIIIth centuries.
