Visit the wineries, the wine cellar that traces the history of the different vintages of our wine from the first cuvée in 1987 until today, the press room with its two traditional presses. Located in the fort’s former shooting gallery, the «Bacchus Gallery» exhibits ancient objects and tools related to the work of the vineyard and wine.
