The property was part of a 17-hectare complex called “Les Rochers” that belonged to Julien Henri Gréau. The building, built in 1914, surrounded by a large park, belonged to wealthy English. The property was bought in 1975 by the municipality to establish its City Hall and open the park to the public. The attic, built with a concrete frame, allows good conditions of conservation for the archives of the city.
