Dedicated to the traditional activities of Carrières and their specific tools (market gardening, vines, stone extraction, cultivation of the Paris mushroom), the heritage house also offers a reconstruction of three specifically local atmospheres: a corner of the Bellevue café, an indoor scene and a classroom at the Jules Ferry.
