An unexpected trio, a cat and two humans, are working on an international atlas of cat cities. They seek the help of children, reputed to be much better than adults in inter-species communication. They will investigate and approach the way cats see and hear. Together, they will gradually discover a parallel city, a counter-city, that of cats, and the surprising activities that take place there…
