Come and discover or rediscover with an architect of the CAUE the holiday homes of the district of Varenne which make all its fame. But these large villas of the late nineteenth century are not the only ones to constitute the richness of the architectural heritage of this district of Saint-Maur as evidenced by the variety of subdivisions of pavilions of the Entretwo-Wars and collective buildings of the early twentieth century. The first half of the last century is indeed an important period of construction in the town which has resulted in very varied architectural styles under the traits of talented architects like Bandin or Locqueville.
