The Cour des Arts is a nice farmhouse bought and restored by the town hall of Vauréal from 2004\. Opened to the public in September 2008 and inaugurated on June 12, 2009 by Bernard Morin, Mayor of Vauréal. Located in the heart of the village this place of 2,500 m² has undergone more than two years of work in the respect of traditions while integrating the modernity necessary to make it a unique place in Ile de France. Value the know-how of all the professions at the frontiers of the craft of Art. In this setting, twenty workshops ranging from 25 to 80 m², three of which are duplex, all designed to accommodate creative artisans, artists and art restorers all professionals and selected according to quality and diversity criteria. In total, more than 15 artisans have taken up residence in the workshops at their disposal and offer the public their creations, the discovery of their talents between crafts and art through demonstrations, exhibitions, courses and internships.
