The main body of this Renaissance mansion was built for Guillaume Audren, provost of Étampes during the first half of the sixteenth century. The northern façade has a whole series of sculptures (frieze where plant and animal motifs mingle). The wall of the facade supports two medallions: that of right figure Cleopatra, that of left Francis I. It houses the municipal showrooms.
