Participatory reading "Living heritage in literature"
The fortieth edition of the European Heritage Days celebrates the living heritage, that is, the living expressions inherited from our ancestors and transmitted to our descendants. The Octavio Paz Library is associated with this celebration with a participatory reading of literary fragments that evoke manifestations of this heritage, such as oral traditions, performing arts, social practices, rituals or festive events among others. Readers can read in the language of their choice and choose any book of universal literature (maximum 3 minutes per person). If you would like to participate in the reading, please contact the library by e-mail no later than Wednesday, September 13, indicating the author and title of the chosen text.
