Old(Former) convent of the Cordeliers of the 16th century built by the relative(parents) of the founder of Charleville. The castle is built in 1571 by Louis Gonzague IV of Nevers. It will be bought by the ironmaster Jean-Nicolas gendarme in 1820, rebuilt by its heirs and will pass over time to the Family Cunin-Gridaine. A terrible fire devastated the building in 1927\. The castle is livened up(led) by big(great) son et lumière.
