During the visit of the Memorial, you can discover the stained glass windows and many details on their design and the themes represented. A visit booklet "stained glass path" will be distributed to the youngest.
In addition, "the workshop puzzles" will allow those who wish to reconstitute the large stained glass of the Memorial.
_It will be possible to join the tour in progress.
_ The guided tour is organized by the association «Mémorial de Dormans 1914-1918», with the participation of the municipality of Dormans.

The memorial of Dormans dominates the valley of the Marne. He(It) calls back(reminds) both victories of September, 1914 and of the summer, 1918\. It is a private creation wanted by the marshal Foch who chooses the site in 1919\. Works began in 1921 and ended ten years later. The memorial is compound(made up) of five parts(parties) with an access to the ossuary where are kept(preserved) the remains of 1 500 combatants. Outside, the lantern of the deaths calls back(reminds) the memory(souvenir) of the combatants.
