In Les Aulnois, in the heart of Pierry, there was a grape harvester adjacent to the house. Brother Jean Oudart, one of the fathers who created champagne, was assigned there in 1679 as principal manager. Since 1778, Les Aulnois have always belonged to families of Champagne merchants or, over generations, to preserve the architectural and decorative heritage of this beautiful home. It has this special and precious atmosphere and grace of the houses that have always borne the memory of the families who succeeded each other. Les Aulnois has belonged to Henriot since January 2014 and this cradle is the most beautiful incarnation of its history.
