The landscapist Édouard André purchased in 1871 of this property where he creates a structure to test his own methods(course books), regarding arrangement(development), regarding botany and regarding horticulture. He dies in 1911 in Croix-en-Touraine. The park, open to the public since 2003, calls back(reminds) some of its realisations. The restored house shelters, since 2008, the city council while dependences(outbuildings) were converted into library(bookcase) and detached house(flag) of associations. Nine square, surrounded with boxwood, receive a rose garden. A picturesque space, named(appointed) Gobérande, includes a pond with aquatic plants and a wooden rotunda. Reading and games(sets) for children are added a corner(place).
