1117-2017: 900 years which connect(bind) with us in the big(great) time(period) of Abbeys Benedictines of Europe. A link favoured with the bishops of Chartres: based(established) by the bishop Geoffroy of Lèves, the Abbey of Josaphat was the necropolis of the bishops of Chartres in the XIIth and XIIIth centuries. Vestiges steeped in history and listed(classified) in conformance with(for) Historic monuments to be rediscovered: old(former) grave of Jean de Salisbury, vestiges of the old(former) chorus(choir) of the Abbey, pithy museum, cloister of the old(former) Abbey of Coulombs, etc.
