Discover a thousand years of history in a church with multiple specificities. The term Saint-Martin under which this church is consecrated suggests that the parish has a very old origin, probably Merovingian. The current building retains some remains dating back to the 11th century, including the main nave. The collateral located on the left, five meters wide, communicates with the large nave by a semi-circular arch, supported by square stone pillars. This useful addition to the church dates from 1820\. The tower of the bell tower once contained two bells, one of which was removed by the Revolutionary Committee. The remaining bell weighs 1600 kg and bears the 1760 vintage. The panelled vault bears several inscriptions that recall that this part of the building was, if not destroyed, at least considerably damaged during the 100-year war and restored in 1536\.
