Outre son architecture, l'église paroissiale de Morogues est remarquable pour son mobilier, entre autres pour quelques objets (banc d'oeuvre, Christ en croix, statues...) probablement issus de la Sainte-Chapelle de Bourges et témoignant de la l'essor artistique en vigueur dans le Berry vers la fin du XIVe et du XVe siècle.
