The exhibitions of the Forez-Jarez Archaeological Group make it possible to discover through reconstructions the moments of people’s lives since prehistoric times. The Archaeological Space Forez-Jarez presents its collections of stones and minerals, the first societies of men with the invention of fire, discovery of agriculture, writing. We also go to meet the Gauls, the Romans through the aqueduct of Gier, and what about the emperor Claude who reigned for a time on the fabulous city of Lyon formerly called Lugdunum and its plates written in Latin discovered fortuitously recently in Lyon and reconstituted (fragments) for the occasion in our Archaeological Space Forez-Jarez.
