Environmental park in city centre inaugurated in 1905 by Emile Loubet. Its creation is made possible thanks to Theodore Jouvet, wealthy(fortunate) sponsor giving in the City enough for the acquisition of grounds. Of 1905 in today, numerous arrangements(developments) enriched the park. He(It) was labelled " remarkable garden " in 2006.
