From the famous abbey and preserved in the Departmental Archives of Vaucluse, this impressive chartrier brings together four hundred scrolls from the 13th to the 17th century that were restored in 2020-2021 by François Vinourd, a specialist in ancient manuscripts. This one will make us discover a material: parchment, and the treatments made for the preservation and dissemination of this exceptional ensemble.
