Trail of memory of the Maquis of Saffré 1 place of the Maquis of Saffré from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm Guided visits The Committee of Remembrance of the Maquis of Saffré welcomes you for a presentation of the new trail of memory that they have permanently set up in the alley that leads to the monument in memory of the 27 executed in La Bouvardière on June 29, 1944. These various panels of memorials relate the sequence of dramatic events that occurred on June 28 and 29, when 300 young guerrillas were waiting for the delivery of weapons of the allied forces.
