An association dedicated to the heritage, history and culture of the Pierre Bleue region. North of the Loire-Atlantique, Nozay was for centuries an important stop between Nantes and Rennes. It has, thanks to its shale quarries, an important built heritage, well identifiable, common with the other cited in the northeast of the department. It is, mainly, to save this church, that Asphan, was created in 1979\. It took 10 years to acquire the entire building and another 10 years to get the work done to make it open to the public. Now, this church, owned by the association, allows, throughout the year, cultural events supported by the Asphan or other partners. It forms, with the old cure and the nearby gardens, a very rich architectural complex, classified historical monument and now known as the Enclos.
