The Museum of Lower Navarre is located in Saint-Palais, at the crossroads of the paths of Compostelle de Tours (GR 655) and Vézelay (GR 654).
The tour offers different themes that relate the history of Lower Navarre and Saint-Palais: the prehistoric period, the Roman presence, the new towns of Lower Navarre, the chancery of Navarre, the Hotel de la Monnaie de Saint Palais, the Basque pelota, Saint Palais in the 19th century, the paths of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, crafts, lapidary art and agriculture in Lower Navarre.
