Visit this mill managed by volunteers who always have a great pleasure to introduce the different visitors to the history, architecture and operation of the building.

Located on the Grand Puy hill, the mill overlooks the hillsides of the Côtes de Bourg. The volunteers welcome you on the site of the mill to show you its history, its past, its present and its future. Completely renovated in 2005-2006, it again produces flour. And it’s in the miller’s house that you can get it. In this house you will also find the museum which houses the mini-mill for demonstrations and explanations.

The Mill of the Big(Great) Volcanic hill of Lansac dates the XVIIIth century and was restored in 2006\. Since he(it) works again every Sunday the afternoons. He(It) grinds some wheat, some corn, lenses, rye, Saracen and produces therefore his(its) own flour. Close by the House of the Miller is which was also restored, in 2010\. She welcomes a small museum on the flour mill and a big(great) exhibition hall.
