The visit of the building, by Christelle Dupas, architect of the buildings of France, will allow the public to discover a building rebuilt in 1748 by Louis de Madot and owned by the State since 1802.
Visitors can visit the main courtyard, the entrance hall, the dining room, the prefect’s office, the lounges and the park.

Rebuilt in 1748, this house was confiscated from Revolution. Acquired(Bought back) in 1796, the owner decided to give up(sell) this house to the nation, represented by the Prefect, in 1802\. This sale was laid in a stock that the house would stay allocated to the prefecture. A park full of flowers is annexed at the back of this one.
