The association Wild Garden was born in the year 2008 of our era. Several people at the origin of its creation had met during the previous months during naturalist hikes and Linnean festivals in the region of Brive.
We were a few years before the new PLU -- Plan Local d'Urbanisme -- for the town of Brive, whose remarkable wealth of natural elements was already known. But it seemed necessary to combine our skills to completely revisit the territory and make all kinds of inventories.
One of the first objectives of the association was to attract many people to establish its local legitimacy and thus influence the environmental decisions taken by local decision-makers...
The «Jardin sauvage du riant portail» was born and it quickly «shortcut» in the Jardin sauvage to stick more closely to the website created on occasion.
