The lighthouse(headlight) of the Course(Cape)-Metal tag is the only lighthouse(headlight) of the Bay of Arcachon. Built in 1840, it was blown up during the Second World War then rebuilt in 1947\. His(Her,Its) role is to indicate danger to the sailors(browsers) and to point them out sea routes. Bitter remarkable of the Pond, he(it) also offers a belvedere on all landscapes of the lagoon and the open sound.
