Presentation of the art of stained glass, by Jean-Marie Basset, master glassmaker in Tulle.

Jean-Marie Basset, a master glassmaker in Tulle, will give a presentation on “The Art of Stained Glass”. This will be the occasion to present the stained glass windows of the chapel, elements that give all the character of the building, and the project of their renovation.

The chapel was built between 1939 and 1956 thanks to the will of the residents of the hamlet, and disused more than twenty years ago. The association of Friends of the chapel, recently created, proposes to rehabilitate it to make it a place of animations around culture and heritage. Very sober architecture, it has beautiful stained glass windows.
