Romanesque church of the eleventh century, porch with low reliefs. Above the porch the room of the fathers with fireplace. Altarpiece polychrome of the seventeenth century.
The earliest written mention of the church is dated between 1060 and 1084 (cartular of the abbey of Tulle). This Romanesque church underwent important ancient and more recent transformations from 1992 to 1997 and from 2000 to 2004\. The building has been listed as a historical monument since 1932 for the Romanesque part,
As you go around the church you can see the transformations that have taken place over the centuries. However, the general aspect remains that of a Romanesque church. The porch is remarkable for its Romanesque bas-reliefs: • The death of the wicked rich • The punishment of the miser • The enigmatic man with the fish.
These sculptures and the twelve capitals finely made in Neolithic limestone. Above the porch one can see a second level which houses the room of the fathers. The current building has a
