With poetry and softness, the Archives introduce you to the art of cyanotype, an alternative photographic process that transforms plants into magnificent blue paintings of Prussia. Come with your plants, we will make paintings!

The building(ship) of archives was built in 2007 by the architect Nathalie Larradet on the site of the old(former) barracks Grove. Dating the 19th century, she(it) was rehabilitated to become the centre of preservation of archives. A surface of 5113 m ², 17 km of shelving. The glassy facade represents the eight centuries of history(story) of the department.
